Our uniform

Our uniform range for every age group is practical, stylish and reasonably priced

Girls can choose from our specially designed guiding wear for meetings and activities.

Our uniform gives everyone in guiding a sense of belonging and pride in being part of guiding. We don't have one set uniform – we take a flexible approach.

Buying uniform directly from us is the only way to make sure all profits go to Girlguiding – allowing us to offer life-changing opportunities to even more girls.

How we make uniform affordable

We work hard to make sure that our uniform is reasonably priced. We have a range of clothing available to suit both weekly unit meetings and more formal activities and events, and there's flexibility for girls and volunteers on what they wear.

Our units can financially support girls and volunteers to be able to wear uniform, and we support uniform recycling at a local level. Please speak to your unit leader to find out the support available for you.

Redesigning our uniform

For the first time in over 30 years, we're redesigning our whole uniform range. It's an exciting opportunity to help us grow and recruit more members. And we're committed to making sure the new uniform is affordable, sustainable, distinctive, comfortable, and clearly shows who we are. The new range will be available in 2026, and there'll be a transition period after it's introduced. We don't want or expect everyone to buy the new range straight away.

We're documenting the process of co-designing and making the new range on our uniform hub. Check there for updates, stories, and information about how we're working with girls and volunteers to make a uniform that every member feels proud to wear.
