1. We’re the largest youth organisation dedicated to girls in the UK
We’re 300,000 girls between 4 and 18 who come together to laugh, learn and have adventures. We’re 23,000 groups in communities across the UK. And we're 80,000 volunteers who make guiding happen by giving their time, talents and enthusiasm.

2. We’re experts on girls’ lives today
Did you know only 1 in 4 girls feel very confident in their life? And only 1 in 5 girls feel very confident about their future. At Girlguiding, we’re all about understanding what girls care about and empowering them to feel confident so they can unleash their potential.

We understand the challenges girls and young women face and what they care about. From speaking to our youth panels (like our advocates) to publishing our annual flagship research with People’s Postcode Lottery. We can introduce you to our organisation of 380,000 members and work together to improve girls’ lives in the areas they care about.

3. We help all girls know they can do anything and you can too
Powered by our inspiring volunteers, we help girls know they can do anything. We encourage them to laugh, learn and have adventures. Through exploring a world of possibilities, big and small, girls thrive in Girlguiding.
Girlguiding girls are up to 23% more confident than the UK average' - according to our impact report.
Whether it’s learning about artificial intelligence with Google or watching girls take the lead in films across ODEON cinemas, partners like you help us make this happen.
How we'll work with you
Depending on who you are and what you do, you’ll have the chance to work with either our partnerships team or our team for trusts and foundations.
- We launched activities about artificial intelligence with Google.
- Pears Foundation funds important projects across the organisation to support and improve girls’ lives.
- People’s Postcode Lottery gives us valuable flexible funding which allows us to direct their support to areas where it is most needed. Part of this funds our annual Girls’ Attitudes Survey, researching girls’ lives and experiences across society.
- We host special cinema screenings of kids films for girls with ODEON.
