The network skills builder is all about team work and how to work well with others to get things done. Stage 6 is recommended for Rangers.

Facilitate your mates - If a team was a machine, the facilitator would be the person who keeps all the parts moving. See if you can help your team run like a dream!
Balancing act - Fear or worry can affect anyone – but knowing you can overcome them can make any problem seem a lot smaller. Here’s an activity to topple your problems.
Calm after the storm - Will your team succeed or fail? Discover the journey to team success in this hands-on challenge.
Change it up - Change can make people feel many things: shocked, angry, fearful, optimistic, excited! Get to grips with the change curve and be ready to face any changes coming your way.

There are 12 skills builders to work towards with your unit. Each skills builder has 6 stages to complete during your time at Girlguiding, from Rainbows to Rangers. You’ll get a badge for every stage you complete. To complete stage 6, your unit will do 5 fun activities.
