The make change skills builder will show you how to identify issues in your local community and help you take action to change things for the better. Stage 3 is recommended for Brownies and Guides.

Edible actions - In a change-making campaign, you need to make the most of your time and resources. Practise prioritising - it’s an essential planning skill.
StART making change - Your creativity can be a powerful tool for change. Use it to inspire people or challenge them to see something in a whole new light.
Memorable messages - Is a picture really worth a thousand words? Find out how much impact you can have with logos and slogans.
I can change that! - Are you ready to be part of a change you want to see? Explore the power you have to improve the world around you and be inspired to help make positive changes happen.
Breaking down barriers - Making positive change happen feels great, but it isn’t always easy. Climb over it? Swerve around it? Push through it? How will you overcome the obstacles you meet along the bumpy road to change?
Completing your skills builders
There are 12 skills builders to work towards with your unit. Each skills builder has 6 stages to complete during your time at Girlguiding, from Rainbows to Rangers. You’ll get a badge for every stage you complete. To complete stages 1-5, your unit will do 4 out 5 fun activities.
