Learn about all kinds activities to get you feeling good. From mindfulness to getting active, you’ll feel great as you complete the Feel good skills builder. Stage 6 is recommended for Rangers.
Here's a taste of the activities you can look forward to trying at this stage. Ask your leader about all the things you'll need to do to earn this badge.
Push the pace - Get your blood pumping and your heart healthy. Explore your heart rate and how exercise can change it.
Champagne campaigns - Lots of people like a tipple! What are your thoughts on alcohol? Create a campaign and see who comes out on top.
Keeping afloat! - You are not alone! Discover your support network and who can help you juggle your busy life and share your challenges.
Enable me to be more - Take a break and find ways to improve your wellbeing. Perhaps try a new exercise or take up a new hobby. You decide what makes you relax.
Burnout! - Feeling overwhelmed with too much to do? Don’t burn out! Plan how to neutralise stressful situations.
