Here's a taste of the activities you can look forward to trying at this stage. Ask your leader about all the things you'll need to do to earn this badge.

Leave it out - No one likes being left out! Play a game to see how it feels and then find ways to include people more in your life.

Warm up work out - Getting ready to get active? It’s important to warm up properly. Share different techniques and get ready to work up a sweat.

StressFull - Shed your stress and pause the pressure. Try an innovative way to clear your mind of negative thoughts.

One size doesn't fit all - No 2 people are the same, on the inside or the outside! Embrace your individuality and celebrate everyone’s differences.

Chop chop - Ready, steady, healthy... Cook up a tasty feast and show of your chef skills.

Completing your skills builders

There are 12 skills builders to work towards with your unit. Each skills builder has 6 stages to complete during your time at Girlguiding, from Rainbows to Rangers. You’ll get a badge for every stage you complete. To complete stages 1-5, your unit will do 4 out 5 fun activities.
