Learn about all kinds of activities to get you feeling good. From mindfulness to getting active, you’ll feel great as you complete the feel good skills builder. Stage 3 is recommended for Brownies and Guides.

Here's a taste of the activities you can look forward to trying at this stage. Ask your leader about all the things you'll need to do to earn this badge.

Count bubbles not sheep - Feeling sleepy but just can’t nod off? Try out some new techniques that will have you snoozing before you know it.

Strike a pose - There’s no need to be nervous! Build your confidence to help make meeting new people or performing become worry free.

More motivated to move - It’s all in the details! Motivate others to make small changes and get moving by creating an inspirational advert.

Happy thoughts - Take some time for yourself by creating a mindfulness jar that will clear your thoughts.

Build it with food - Explore what you need to make your body strong and happy and where you can get them from.

There are 12 skills builders to work towards with your unit. Each skills builder has 6 stages to complete during your time at Girlguiding, from Rainbows to Rangers. You’ll get a badge for every stage you complete. To complete stages 1-5, your unit will do 4 out 5 fun activities.
