Learn about all kinds activities to get you feeling good. From mindfulness to getting active, you’ll feel great as you complete the Feel good skills builder. Stage 2 is recommended for Rainbows and Brownies.

Good nights - Find your teddy, get tucked in and head to the land of nod as you discover how to get a really good night’s sleep.
Use it to move it - Your muscles are amazing, they let you move and play. But do you really know what they do or where you can find them?
Super girl - You’re a super hero! Build your confidence super powers and share them with others.
Finding fluids - Staying healthy is thirsty work. Find out if you’re drinking enough and set yourself targets for the future.
Can you help me? - Asking for help can be hard, but it can really help to solve a problem. Find out how useful sharing your problems can be.
