What is friends of Girlguiding?

We want to reach out to our friends, old and new, across the country and ask them to support our mission to help all girls know they can do anything.

For a donation of £5 a month or more, you can sign up to be part of our community and hear more about the work we’re doing to support girls up and down the UK.

You’ll receive monthly updates with exclusive content, news, and stories about the difference you’re making by supporting us. Anyone can get involved (whether you’re a member of Girlguiding or not) - plus you’ll get your hands on an exclusive pin badge!

It’s not connected to subs and isn’t something you’re obliged to be part of – but of course, we’d love you to be if you’d like to and are able. 

We’ll be reaching out to parents and carers who’ve previously expressed an interest in fundraising to tell you more about it. And you might see us talking about it on social media too. But if you’re not sure whether you are signed up to hear more, and you’d like to – you can always opt in to receive fundraising updates via the preference centre in GO. If you’re not sure how to do this, just check the link at the bottom of any marketing email from us.
