Fun with bean bags
This is a great way to improve girls' coordination.
- Draw a line on the ground with chalk.
- Write numbers one to ten spaced evenly around your open area, with the lower numbers closer to the line and the higher numbers further away.
- Girls should line up behind the line and throw the bean bag at the number one target, which should be the easiest to reach. If she hits it, she should run to the back of the line. If she doesn't, she should sit to one side.
- Once all the girls have attempted the number one target, they should then try number two and so on. Keep going until there is only one girl left.
If some girls have poor coordination, take this into account when setting out the numbers on the floor to ensure there are some numbers everyone can hit.
