Overview
All rugby fans know of the 'Ka Mate, Ka Mate' haka, a traditional Maori dance which is often performed by the New Zealand squad before a match. It's a group activity with strong postures and movements, and lots of foot stamping and rhythmically shouted accompaniment.
To have a go at recreating the haka, take a look at the All Blacks website.
