The Girlguiding Programme team is looking for someone to join the team tasked with embedding youth participation at all levels in Girlguiding. The Programme team is a creative and innovative team who develop a wide range of activities, experiences and opportunities for our full girl offer. This role is suited for someone who is really passionate about getting girl voices heard and has youth participation experience.

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join an exciting team and make a real difference to the girl experience at Girlguiding. You will report to the Programme Project Manager and will develop a range of new youth participation opportunities in partnership with young members and volunteers. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships, manage youth networks, and have strong verbal and written communication skills and negotiation and influencing skills. With the vast range of girl experience projects this team is responsible for, you will enjoy nothing short of a fun and engaging working environment.
