Leave a gift in your will

Your legacy gift will be a promise to girls

Together we can support girls now and in the future to thrive in Girlguiding.

Where they’ll explore a world of possibilities and do things they never thought they could.

Your legacy gift will give more than you can imagine. It can create a safe space for girls to discover and be herself. A place where they’ll get creative, become more confident, have fun, and think big and be bold.

When they make memories that will last a lifetime. When they feel the thrill of doing something for the first time. You’ll be a part of girls' journeys!

Once you’ve looked after your loved ones, we would be honoured to be a part of your legacy if you include us in your will.

How might your legacy gift make a difference?

Each girl in guiding is forging her own path. But you could be a part of her journey.

We know that the experiences girls have in guiding help shape them. With Girlguiding, girls can make a real difference in the areas they care about and do things that matter for their community. Your legacy now will help their future and impact.

Emma, Brownie leader

Emma, Brownie leader

Emma made some incredible memories as a Brownie. With Girlguiding she also had the opportunities to lead, find her voice and come out of her shell. Using these skills, she rejoined her much loved Brownie unit as a young leader and continues to be an adult leader to this day. She’s helping to create treasured memories and amazing experiences for countless numbers of girls.

Inspired by Emma, a former Brownie often told her, ‘I want to be a young leader and be just like you!’
Of course, she was incredibly proud when Libby forged her own guiding path and returned as a young leader with the unit too.

Emma told us, ‘I’ve no doubt that Libby’s equally inspired many young members to want to become a young leader just like her, and that she’ll have her own moment of feeling just as proud as I do!’

Libby, young leader

Libby, young leader

Girlguiding has had a massive impact on Libby’s life. It’s a safe space where she feels comfortable, confident and able to be herself. From being too shy to speak, Libby now leads activities with large groups of girls. Emma’s support has helped her become the leader she is today. And after finding the courage, she’s been on an amazing international adventure with Girlguiding in the USA.

Libby has made lifelong friends across the world and told us: ‘The amazing relationships I have formed through Girlguiding is something I will always be grateful for.’

These are the legacies you can be part of!
