Getting started with fundraising

If you’re running a fundraising event in your community, or taking part in a sponsored challenge, our fundraising pack is a great place to start. In the pack, you’ll find lots of advice on organising and publicising your fundraising event or challenge, as well as sponsorship forms and thank you posters which you can print and use for your event.

Fundraising guidance

All fundraising activity should be carried out within the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice as well as following our fundraising policy. These are designed to make sure that any fundraising that happens is legal, open, honest and respectful. You may also need to complete a risk assessment if you’re involving girls in a fundraising challenge.
