  • What to do if it isn’t safe.
  • How to keep yourself safe.
  • Where to go to for help.

What you need to do

You can either go to a face-to-face or webinar training session with a trainer or complete the e-learning on the learning platform.

if it’s your first time on the learning platform then click on the ‘need help logging in’ button to get instructions on how to set up your password. You do not need to have received your welcome email to log in to the platform

You can only complete the course when your renewal window opens which is 180 days before your level 2 expires. You can complete your training anytime within the 180 days. This means that when you next come to renew, it’s 3 years from your original expiry date. You can find all the details on the learning platform.

How long does it take?

The e-learning takes 20 to 25 minutes or the training session is 2 to 2.5 hours. Speak to your commissioner or country or region office to find out when the next session is.
