We will do our best to assess any possible risks for users (and for children) from third parties when they use any interactive service provided on our Website, and we will decide in each case whether it is appropriate to use moderation of the relevant service (including what kind of moderation to use) in the light of those risks. However, we are under no obligation to oversee, monitor or moderate any interactive service we provide on our Website.

If you are under the age of 18, please note that you will need the permission of your parent or guardian. We advise parents who permit their children to use an Interactive service that it is important that they communicate with their children about their safety online, as moderation is not fool proof.

Where we do moderate an interactive service, we will provide you with a means of contacting the moderator, should a concern or difficulty arise.

14. General

Nobody else has any rights under this contract. This contract is between you and us.; No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.

If the court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later. If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do those things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we do not cancel a booking, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.

Which country’s laws apply to disputes. English law and the jurisdiction of the English Courts will apply to these terms and conditions, save where you live in any other part of the United Kingdom, in which case the law and courts of that place shall apply.
