Girlguiding: a club that fits around your family

We know that life is a busy balancing act.

Between the school run, family life, and everything else, it can feel like you need to be in a million places at once! 

We know the feeling

Lots of our volunteers are parents too. We know that if a club is too far away or at the wrong time, it just won’t work. We don't want Girlguiding to be ‘1 more thing’ on your to-do list. We want it to be the part of the week you both look forward to. 

Keeping it easy for you  

We’ve worked hard to make joining in as simple as possible: 

• Pick your day: we have different groups that meet on different evenings. You can choose the one that fits your schedule. Some groups even meet on weekends or during the holidays.
• Close to home: we meet in local halls and spaces that are easy to get to.
• No pressure: don’t worry if you're running 5 minutes late or if things are a bit busy. If your child has other hobbies and can't make it every single week, that’s okay too!

By being flexible, we make sure your child can enjoy all her favourite activities without you having to choose between them.
