We faced the challenge of the Survival Extreme weekend
Members of The Senior Section Lola, Hannah, Nicola and Emily faced the ultimate test of their survival skills at the Survival Extreme weekend
For Survival Extreme, girls worked in teams to tackle challenges like abseiling and tree-climbing
It was up to them to make sure they had something for dinner, a fire to cook it on and a roof over their head.
Survival Extreme was part of The Senior Section Spectacular and took place at Waddow Hall Activity Centre in Lancashire.

Emily, 22, member of The Senior Section
'I did the tree climb twice to get points. It was really scary but worth it. I felt quite proud when I finished it.'
