A statement from Girlguiding CEO Angela Salt OBE, Chief Guide Amanda Medler and Chair of the Board of Trustees Catherine Irwin
On behalf of the Girlguiding community, we are very saddened to hear of the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh and offer our condolences to our Patron, Her Majesty The Queen and the whole royal family at this very sad time. With gratitude for decades of public service as the longest-serving royal consort in British history.
