Get girls used to online surveys and suggesting improvements.
- Set up an online poll using a website such as Survey Monkey or Doodle and ask your unit to vote on the activities they participated in over a period of time (such as a term), or an event they attended.
- Ask them to rate each activity from 1 to 5, with 5 being top rating. Give them a deadline for completing the poll, such as the final meeting of the term/season/year.
- If you have Internet access at your meeting place, you could ask them to do it at the beginning of the last meeting. Share the results with everyone and talk about how the least liked activities could be improved.
Decision-making can sometimes result in disagreements. Learn more about managing challenges from girls with our Guiding Conversation on behaviour.
