A unique opportunity for girls to learn from female CEOs, challenge themselves and think about their own goals
Come to Camp CEO to find out where your future could take you
Our research has found that 90% of 9 to 10 year-olds think women and men have the same chance of succeeding in their jobs. But only 35% of 17 to 21 year-olds feel the same.
Camp CEO is about changing that. A four-day residential for young women aged 14 to 17, you’ll take part in workshops that will prepare you for your future career, such as interview skills, networking and using social media to create your brand. You’ll also challenge yourself with some adventurous outdoor activities. To top it all off, every young woman will have the opportunity to be mentored by an inspiring female CEO.
What young women say
Don’t just take our word for it – young women who came to previous Camp CEOs had this to say:
Camp CEO was an incredible experience. Over the few days I learned so much, met some incredible people and made lots of new friends.
The most amazing week of my life, I have created some amazing friendships and feel like a new me!
I loved every minute and the leaders were great! So fun!
What CEOs say
We also asked some of the CEOs why the event is so important:
My own experience as a girl guide helped develop my confidence and determination to succeed. This is why I am happy to be lending a hand, as a mentor to this generation of guides, at the Camp CEO event - Chloe Arrowsmith, Google
Having worked in a male dominated industry for the past 32 years, I hope to inspire the girls to explore careers that they might not have thought of before - Pamela Goee, SGN

Attended Camp CEO in 2014
Taking part in the camp and meeting the CEOs really helped boost my confidence. It made me believe I could succeed doing whatever I wanted and showed me there isn’t just one type person who can become a leader or businesswoman.
Since Camp CEO I have set up my own business, selling my own artwork, cards and decorations at craft fairs and Teenage Markets. The skills and the confidence I gained from the camp really helped me in doing this.
