We're looking for a volunteer to help us develop our complaints and compliance service.

The safety and wellbeing of our volunteers and young members is the most important thing to us. We're looking for a lead volunteer in complaints and compliance to help us continue improving the advice and support we give commissioners and regions to make sure every member has an amazing and safe experience with us.

About this role

As part of this role, you will:

  • Inform and improve how we work with commissioners and regions.
  • Help to recruit, train and coordinate a UK-wide network of investigation leads.
  • Attend relevant project boards and provide insight into the experiences of volunteers.
  • Support the complaints and compliance team to develop projects, such as A Safe Space.

Who can apply?

We're looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, is excellent at managing volunteers and understand our policies and procedures. You'll also have experience investigating and resolving complaints and conduct concerns as a Girlguiding commissioner.
