Concerns and complaints within training
Learn what to do if you need to raise a concern about training or a Trainer
Addressing concerns within training
If you're not happy with any of the following:
- your experience of the Trainer Qualification
- the quality of training delivered
- the behaviour of individual Trainers
you should raise this with your local Trainer Coordinator first. If they are unable to resolve the issue, you can take your concerns to Girlguiding's Volunteer Development team. The team will work with your local Trainer Coordinator to decide on any actions that need to be taken.
They will then discuss this decision with you, and create an action plan. If you feel your concerns have not been adequately addressed, the issue can be reviewed by an independent panel.
