As we look to the future and start planning our next five-year strategy, we've been having conversations with girls, young women and senior volunteers and staff.
One thing we keep hearing come up is the culture of Girlguiding. But what does culture mean?
Think about all the things that are important to us, like our unwritten rules, our traditions and our underlying beliefs and values.
We want to hear from even more volunteers, girls, young women and staff to understand their views on the Girlguiding culture. What are your thoughts on our culture today and how would you like to see it evolve in the future?

We’ve created two resources for you. There's a survey, where all our adult members can share their views. And there's an activity pack, for leaders to run in their unit meetings so we can hear from our young members.

What is a strategy?
A strategy helps us shape our future. It’s a big-picture, long-term plan to achieve an organisation’s goals. Having a strategy helps us stay focused on our goals when the world changes around us, and to plan what money, people, skills and resources we'll need to achieve our goals.
