What's this policy for?
Our complaints policy supports all Girlguiding volunteers, members, staff, parents and carers and third parties who have a complaint. It explains how we deal with all complaints we receive at all levels of Girlguiding.
What are we asking you about?
We’d like to know how easy you find the policy and procedure to read and understand, and whether you think any extra support or guidance is needed to help follow the policy and procedure.
Why are we looking at this now?
We review all policies to see how they work in practice and if there are improvements we can make to better support you in following these policies and deliver great guiding experiences.
