Role

Girlguiding’s Volunteer Development Team is looking for a proactive team assistant to play a key part in the delivery of learning and development to our volunteers.

This is an exciting time to join our friendly and supportive team. The team assistant will play a central role in the planning and delivery of an ambitious learning and development framework that will help us achieve our strategic objectives.  Based in London, the role will focus on administration of the diverse learning and development activities of our trainers and volunteers. There will also be opportunities to develop project coordination skills as we deliver new pieces of work.

The post holder will have experience of setting up and running administrative processes whilst being flexible enough to find solutions to day to day challenges. They will be able to build effective working relationships across Girlguiding using their excellent interpersonal and communication skills and will prioritise and manage their workload effectively.
