We’re looking for a talented Digital Manager to lead and implement Girlguiding’s digital strategy across our website, digital marketing and digital product development.

Your areas of responsibility
You will be the charity’s lead for all major digital delivery, helping us to be more effective across key operational/service delivery, fundraising, customer service and campaigning and influencing work.
You will lead a digital team of five, directly line managing and developing the Digital Content Lead, Digital Marketing Lead and Digital Product Coordinator to grow Girlguiding’s digital audiences, improve engagement across our digital channels and to meet our strategic objectives.
You will continually evolve our dynamic digital strategy to support Girlguiding’s overall Strategic Plan: to drive membership retention and recruitment; to communicate our message effectively across a wide range of channels; and to help transform our organisation to be fit for the digital age.
We are looking for a digital expert who can:
- work with the Head of Marketing and Audience Engagement to lead the on-going development and delivery of a bold and effective digital strategy and transformation programme.
- lead on the development of digital products including our online shop and future apps, working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers and agencies to manage the delivery.
- lead on the development of a digital marketing strategy which grows our key audiences and drives engagement with key digital products.
- Work closely with colleagues across Girlguiding to ensure an efficient, audience-focused and integrated user-journey across all areas of our digital offer.
This role sits within the Marketing and Audience Engagement department at Girlguiding. This skilled and busy department is a central communications function for the charity that also includes our Marketing, Membership Communications and Commissioning teams.
