The Girlguiding Adventure team is looking for someone to join the team tasked with encouraging more adventure opportunities in Girlguiding. As a team we support international opportunities, UK-wide events, youth award programmes as well as building an exciting new adventure programme.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative team and make a real difference to the girl experience at Girlguiding. You will report to the Adventure Manager and will coordinate the youth awards offer at a UK level, across a range of fun and exciting topics in consultation and collaboration with our members. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships, manage volunteer networks, and have strong verbal and written communication skills and negotiation and influencing skills. With the vast range of adventure projects this team is responsible for, you will enjoy nothing short of a fun and engaging working environment.
