Our Training and Activity Centres have been used for product launches and demonstrations, corporate team-building days and other special events.

From a 17th century manor house to our ultra-modern ICANDO centre, we have facilities to suit all needs.

Foxlease

Foxlease is set in 65 acres of beautiful land, situated on the edge of Lyndhurst village, Hampshire. The centre is in the heart of the New Forest with easy access via road, rail and air via Southampton airport.

Princess Mary House is a fine Georgian building that can be hired for conferences.
The house has retained much of its Georgian charm and a tasteful modernisation programme has provided comfortable residential facilities and a purpose-built training room with seating for up to 40 delegates. There are other meeting rooms that can offer a more informal seating arrangement for up to 20 delegates.

A range of equipment is available including: television, DVD player, PA system, flip charts, stationery, overhead and laptop projectors, CD players, photocopier and fax.

Blackland Farm

Blackland Farm is set in 122 acres of beautiful West Sussex countryside and, with plenty of outdoor activities on offer, it is an ideal venue for a team-building or activity day. The site has plenty of fields for camping surrounded by a stream and wooded areas. Indoor accommodation is also available.

There are many nearby attractions that are ideal for day trips, including Chartwell, the former home of Winston Churchill, and Hever Castle, which was once home to Anne Boleyn. Blackland Farm is also within walking distance of Ashdown Forest and the Bluebell Steam Railway.

Netherurd House, Scotland

Netherurd House is a beautiful Georgian mansion in the Scottish Border hills of Peeblesshire.

Set in its own attractive grounds, it has extensive conference facilities, and small meeting rooms, a cosy library and small bar, as well as a reputation for a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere - and the aroma of home baking! Open log fires in original Adam fireplaces make for an extra special atmosphere during the winter months.

Waddow Hall

Waddow Hall is a Lancashire manor house, dating back to the 17th century.

It’s beautifully located on the banks of the River Ribble in 178 acres of land and has been used by Girlguiding UK since 1927.

The manor house provides an ideal setting for groups to get away from the day-to-day pressures of work. It is ideally situated in the countryside within easy reach of the Lancashire Witch Country, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales, so there are plenty of opportunity for trips, walks and outdoor activities.

Great Hautbois House  

Great Hautbois House is a beautiful 19th century house set in over 30 acres of grounds near Norwich. With a peaceful riverside setting, it has a wealth of history and natural attractions as well as excellent indoor and outdoor facilities.

The house offers comfortable accommodation which, combined with a home-made catering service, makes it an ideal venue for training events or simply a get-away-from-it-all break. It is an excellent base for exploring the Norfolk Broads and is only a short distance away from the coast.

The centre is available all year to any organisation on either a residential or non-residential basis. There are two comfortable training rooms, the largest of which will hold approximately 30 people for a formal conference.

Broneirion

Broneirion is a beautiful Victorian house nestling in its own grounds on a hillside across the River Severn from the village of Llandinam in mid Wales. In 1992 it became the property of Girlguiding Cymru. With the glorious Welsh countryside all around, it makes an ideal base from which to visit both the mountains and the coast.

ICANDO

ICANDO is a children’s activity centre, right in the heart of London. There are many hands-on activities in the centre that provide great fun for all ages.

The centre can be used as a base for youth groups visiting London as many major attractions are within easy reach. Buckingham Palace, St James’s Palace, The Houses of Parliament, Horse Guards Parade, Green Park and St James’s Park are all just a short walk away.

The centre can also be hired for overnight stays, providing affordable accommodation in the heart of the city. Staff are happy to put together London packages for visiting groups and organise for them to visit local attractions.

Corporates can use the centre – which has over 6,000 visitors per year – for launch events or sampling.
