Because Innovate is, quite simply, fantastic!

It is an opportunity to:

• meet and share experiences with other Senior Section members from all over the UK.
• learn some new skills.
• complete clauses for the Queen’s Guide Award or Look Wider
• travel to places you might never have thought of going or have always wanted to visit.
• have a brilliant time.
• have your voice heard by the decision-makers.
• find the answer to all those burning guiding questions – someone’s bound to know the answer (or know where to find it).

Don’t let the fact that you don't know anyone stop you going – Innovate is all about meeting new people. Remember, we all have something in common otherwise we wouldn’t be at Innovate! A first-timer said,

“As this was my first Innovate I was a bit apprehensive but I have been pleasantly surprised and will be going back to my Division to encourage more young women to participate.”

Don’t let money put you off either. Ask your Country/Region or ask locally for help. If that doesn’t cover the full cost you can always fundraise the rest. You can also reduce the cost by booking travel as early as possible.
