The role of a leader within the Senior Section is wide and varied! It is often one of support – a leader is required to give practical advice, to commiserate, to encourage, to celebrate successes and to evaluate.

A leader may be working with a unit of Senior Section members such as Rangers or a Look wider group, or may be supporting Senior Section members such as Young Leaders, Young Leaders and In4mers on an individual basis.
