A recent survey conducted by Girlguiding UK found that one in five 16- to 25-year-olds aspires to entrepreneurial flair.

Laura Tenison MBE is the founder and managing director of the maternity, baby and nursery retailer, JoJo Maman Bébé. Launched fifteen years ago with two part-time employees, JoJo Maman Bébé is now one of the leading retailers in its sector in the UK. The company has 240 employees and a turnover of around £17m. Laura showed entrepreneurial spirit from a young age and started her first mini-company while still at school.
