Events assistants needed for Vision at Heythrop Park

Assistants are needed on 20 October 2010 for Vision. As this event takes place during the Young Womens World Forum we particularly welcome applications from the Senior Section.

The event takes place at Heythrop Park, Oxford, and we need 20 assistants from local counties to help in the set up, delivery and clear up of this event. Jobs will include decorating the marquee, setting up stalls, hosting guests, arranging tables and filling goody bags. During the evening we will also require First Aiders, marshalls, stall helpers and at the end a few hardy souls to clear up!

Help will be needed from 11am on the day until 10pm. We will require volunteers for two shifts one from 11am-4pm for set up, and one from 4pm-10pm for delivery and clear up.

All participants will receive one meal, a Centenary top and the chance to be involved with the party that marks the end of the Centenary year celebrations and the start of many more countries celebrating their Centenary.
