INTOPS: Deadline for applications: 24 July 2009

The deadline for applications to take part in the next INTOPS is only a few weeks away! Hurry and apply now! All applications need to be in by 24 July 2009.

This fun-filled weekend will be taking place 9-11 October 2009 at the Moorhouse Adventure Centre, Durham (North-East England). Places are limited and work on a first come first served basis so sign up to our mailing list now! Email INTOPS@girlguiding.org.uk for more information.

Then the annual INTOPS (International Opportunities) weekend is for you!

INTOPS is an action-packed weekend that will allow you to find out about the opportunities available to you in other countries through guiding.

Come along and you'll take part in lots of fun and challenging activities. By the end of the weekend you'll have been tested to the limit to see how you work in different groups and situations, and you'll have found out about international opportunities that may be suited to your talents and interests.

As well as finding out about all International Opportunities, up to 40 lucky ladies will be selected to participate in a GOLD project in 2010 visiting countries such as Armenia, Chile and Tanzania. Please see Guiding Overseas Linked with Development (GOLD) for more information.
