Programme internship at
Girlguiding UK
The Programme team within the
Guiding Development Department
is seeking an intern to take up
a 12-week placement at CHQ this
September.
Are you interested in writing
and testing activities for
guiding magazine? Could you
provide administrative support,
collate evaluation responses and
provide data for the Centenary
Tracking reports? The successful
applicant will be able to do all
of this plus provide
administration support for the
GOLD and INTOPS programmes.
The main purpose of the
Programme team is to develop a
good-quality programme for the
Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and
Senior Section that can be
delivered by volunteers at a
local level.
This opportunity is ideal for
anyone seeking experience in
administration and task
management, or a work placement
as part of a qualification. Its
also a great placement to have
on your CV too if youre looking
to work in communication or the
third sector.
The intern will also
have the opportunity to:
Contribute to the work of the
Programme team
Work directly with key
volunteers
Input data
Draft internal communication
Liaise with internal staff
