Guiding Advocates panel.
We
need members who

arent
afraid to say what they
think

are
interested in issues that
affect girls and young women
today
-
want to
meet like minded people
-
are
willing to champion guiding
in their local communities
and beyond
The panel
meets three times a year at
Girlguiding UK CHQ in London and helps to shape
our research, policy and public
affairs work. In the last year
our Advocates have attended
political party conferences,
appeared on TV and had talks
from organisations including
Oxfam and Childwise. They also
worked on our Girls Attitudes
survey and took part in the
Centenary Guildhall event.
Its a
great opportunity to get
involved with the issues that
are important to you and have
your voice heard, both within
guiding and across the nation,

interested in joining the panel
there are are a number of ways
you can apply.
