February has been a busy month for me.

With my prelims in the first 2 weeks and getting 2 teeth out within 8 days, it has also been a painful (in more ways than one) month. In my guiding world, I finished my First Aid training for my D of E.

The Brownies that I help at celebrated Thinking Day by "Flying round the world". Each six chose a country and brought in food for everyone to try and guess what the countries were. We had 2 Italy's, 2 Americas, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Land and Sweetzerland. The last one was pretty clever even though it was a table covered in marshmallows and smarties.

I also had my first D of E meeting with the other girls doing Gold. We organised more dates for other trainings and rough dates for our expedition. It's all becoming so real now. I have my hiking boots and breaking them in now! Got our first day walk on the 10th April, hope my feet don't hurt too much.
