Kirsten's blogDecember 2008At the start of the month, the Brownies I help at had their talent show for their parents. They were all really good. They all got a badge for Entertaining and the ones who didn't want to perform worked on their Hostess badge. The Brownies were asked to do a Yellow stall at the Church Fair in the church where we meet to raise money for charity. We collected donations of items from the parents and sold them on. Our stall made over 100 for charity! I think the Brownies actually made their parents buy most of the stock but it was all for charity anyway! We still had to decide at Rangers when we would have our Christmas Party (with our prize money from the fashion show!) but we had our school dances on different nights, so we ended up having 2 parties!!! It was so much fun, we had Shloer in plastic goblets to celebrate our win! We can be so easily amused some times! Hope you all had a good Christmas and New Year! Speak to you soon! Kirsten x |
