29,000 people respond to Promise consultation - have your say too

Girlguiding recently announced a consultation on the wording of our Promise - the core expression of our values and the common standard that brings us all together.

We are committed to retaining a Promise that is in line with its original principles, but it’s crucial that girls and young women understand and believe in the words they say.

We know feelings are strong and wide-ranging. This is why everyone’s opinion matters, and we are delighted that over 29,000 people have already participated - and there's just a week left to have your say.

We would like to hear from even more people - from inside and outside guiding. Please join the conversation.

Girlguiding members aged 14 or over can complete the survey here. 

Surveys for the Rainbows, Brownies and Guides sections are available on their websites, so if you are a Leader, why not ask your unit what they think?

The questionnaires will be available for you to share your views with us until Sunday 3 March 2013.

Please remember that hard copies need to be sent in by no later than Monday 4 March - otherwise they won't be counted.
