Happy World Thinking Day

Today is World Thinking Day, the day when 10 million Guides around the world in 145 countries think of each other, of the world they live in, of all that makes them different and all that makes them the same.

It is a day when they come together in thought to celebrate the opportunities that guiding offers them whether they are in a rural community in Africa, in the Australian outback or in the busy streets of Aberdeen. Not only do girls in guiding have a better future because they belong, their communities benefit too.
