To encourage everyone to get more adventure in their lives, we have devised the Girlguiding Adventure Pulse app.

By simply answering ten questions you'll be able to calculate your personal Adventure Pulse - the figure that reveals the level of adventure in your life - and discover where you stand in the adventure stakes.

The calculator app isn't just for Girlguiding members - share the link and encourage your friends to see how well they score!

The app is available on our Facebook fan page for Senior Section and adult members. Just go to our Facebook page and click on the 'Adventure Pulse' tab on the left-hand side.
