Girls from the South West strut their funky stuff

The first of the Guiding Star Regional finals kicked off on Saturday 26 May at the City Hall in Salisbury. Girls from around the South West gathered to see which two of the finalists would be gracing the stage at the National final in June.

It wasn't only our guiding finalists that entertained the crowds, Lil Chris stole the hearts of all the girls in the front ten rows and Sinead Quinn sparkled in her role as judge for the event.

And the winners are:

16 to 25 category- Samantha from Hampshire East.

Ten to 16 category- 'Melody', Elizabeth and Sarah from Hampshire North.
