What happened at the LaSER Regional Finals?

The Ashcroft Theatre in Croydon was filled with screaming girls and their Leaders from all over the South East. A short introduction from Capital Radio DJ Chris Brooks was followed by a spectacular performance from judge Sinead Quinn. The 18 acts followed, broken up by a short 20 minute interval. Whilst the judges made their decision, international artist Ross Copperman took the stage and belted out tracks from his debut album.

Everyone remarked at what a tough decision the judges faced, the amount of talent on the stage completely blew the audience away. But of course, there can only be two acts to go through to the Guiding Star National Final in Sheffield.
