Iced gem sponges
They're not very healthy, but these iced gem sponges are really yummy!
What do I need?
1 large ready-made sponge flan case.
Ready made icing and nozzle
Iced gem biscuits
Your favourite biscuit cutters
What do I do?
Cut out shapes in the sponge case using the biscuit cutters. Make sure that the shapes are close together so that you don't waste sponge.
Get the ready made icing and attach the star nozzle.
Squeeze a few blobs of icing onto each shape.
Add a few iced gems to the biscuits.
Get some mates round and enjoy!
