Girlguiding UK is an organisation committed to the development
of both its employees and members. As an organisation we offer
a wide range of learning and development opportunities ranging from
in-house workshops to external courses. Girlguiding UK encourages
continuous learning and personal development and provides support
for employees to improve their skills and qualifications by the use
of Assisted Study.
Upon joining Girlguiding UK you will have
access to a quarterly training calendar, which consists of both
mandatory and optional training courses specific to the needs of
Girlguiding UK. In addition you will be set quarterly
work-based objectives and a personal development plan in relation
to your role. The personal development plan will be reviewed
by your line manager during regular one to ones throughout
your career with Girlguiding UK.
