'Think outside the box,' they say. Then you sit in an identikit hotel conference room to do it. What you really need to climb out of that box is something to get the synapses sparking, the adrenalin pumping. What you don't want is your team lulled to slumber by the hum of the air conditioning and the sameness of the décor.
