How long will it take to complete the Friendship Challenge?

If you choose to do all of the Friendship Challenge, it will take about four to six meetings. But some of the activities will vary in length. For example, if you choose to organise a big event, whether it be a friendship party or a grand jewellery show, then you will need to set aside a whole meeting to plan, plus adequate of time during the meetings leading up to it.

How much money do I need to raise for the Mental Health Foundation?

As much as you can! For each unit that raises at least £30, we will send a thank you certificate.

If I raise money, how soon do I need to send it in?

If you raise money, it is important that you give the money to your Leader within six weeks of your fundraising activity.

How do I order fundraising materials such as balloons?

You can either complete the Materials Order Form (in the Friendship Challenge Activity Pack) or complete the online form.

How do I make my fundraising collection box?

You will need a printer, cardboard, glue and a pair of scissors. Print out the friendship challenge collection box. Cut around the perforated edges and then stick on to a piece of cardboard. Finally fold the tabs in.

About the jewellery competition

What is the closing date for the jewellery design competition?

All entries must be received at the Mental Health Foundation by the 30 June 2009.

Can I send in more than one entry to the jewellery design competition?

No - it is only one entry per person! See Terms and Conditions.

Where do I send my entry?

Please give your entry and your £1.50 entry fee to your Leader. Your Leader will then send all the entries together to us.
