Just like managing your unit accounts you need to make sure your Changing the World fundraising adds up. What you need to know about record-keeping is a good starting point to remind you of some of the steps to take.

Top tips
- Many of the Changing the World charities are fundraising for a specific campaign. Make sure you know exactly what you are raising funds for.
- Budget accordingly to ensure that you cover costs and make as much money as possible!
- Be sure to work within the law.
- Bank the money as soon as possible.
- Keep clear accounts and ensure that they are correct and open to scrutiny.
- Even if you can only raise a small amount of money, you can still make a difference.
