Girlguiding UK has teamed up with 19 fantastic partner organisations – 18 charities and our guiding friends in the Branch Associations.
Since September 2008 we have been challenging all our members to take part in one of our partner’s community action projects.
We are trying to record all our members little actions so that we can add them all up and show that little things make a big difference. To date 160,000 members have recorded their actions...

Raising Awareness
Talking about issues that affect us all. This could be raising awareness of climate change solutions, learning about UK runaways or learning what it means to be a humanitarian citizen.
Raising Money
Raise measurable amounts of money for specific projects. We have 33,000 units. If just half of them raised £15 we would have almost a quarter of a million pounds!
Take Direct Action
Doing small things that create a wave of change. This provides opportunities for girls to do actual pieces of action or work.
