Regional Scouts and Guides Camp 2012
The Regional Scouts and Guides Camp 2012 is about 10 KM South of
Memmingen/Allgäu in Germany. The Allgäu is one of the most popular
destinations in Germany with many activities including hiking,
mountain biking and climbing.
When?
1 - 10 August 2012. The opening ceremony takes place on 1
August, and the closing ceremony happens on 9 August. Departures
will be on 10 August.
Where?
At a campsite approximately 10 km south of Memmingen/Allgäu.
Who's going?
Over 1000 Scouts and Guides from all over the world. Each group
should be accompanied by a Leader or a responsible adult. All
groups should take part in the camp together with a German partner
group. If you do not have a partner group, the organisers will help
you find one.
How much does it cost?
The camp fee is between €150 and €200. This includes food,
accommodation, programme and insurance. All participants will
receive a camp badge and handbook.
